The Concept of Celestial Rupture
“MILK” is a core study in contrast and cosmic erosion. What began as a 2014 maquette (Images 3, 4, 5) evolved into a large-scale structural installation at Art Villa Garikula in 2016. The work explores the tension between dark, rigid forms and the fluid, white substance escaping from within.

The Maquette (2014)
The original model served as the blueprint for the material’s behavior. The goal was to capture the precise moment of a split—a comet fracturing to reveal a sterile, white interior.

Large Scale Installation: Fest i Nova (2016)
At Art Villa Garikula (Image 0), the scale was amplified to interact with the environment.
- Structure: Two monolithic, dark gates mirroring the initial comet fragments (Images 1, 6).
- Lighting: Minimalist, low-key illumination using bare bulbs to maintain the “Raw” aesthetic.
- Environment: The night setting at Garikula provided the high-contrast backdrop necessary for the white “milk” to define the space between the structures.
This installation was a formal draft. The concept remains active in the studio archives, intended for a future, more massive iteration.
